An architect, an artist, and an engineer were discussing whether it was better to spend time with the wife or a mistress. The architect said he enjoyed time with his wife, building a solid foundation for an enduring relationship. The artist said he enjoyed time with his mistress, because of the passion and mystery he found there. The engineer said, "I like both. Since, if you have a wife and a mistress, they will each assume you are spending time with the other woman, and you can go get some work done."
well....now in indian scenarion. This joke was told to me by my friend Md. Asim Sayeed.
"Once India was playing a cricket match with Australia. Anil Kumble was batting, and when he scored 30 runs he waived the bat to the crowd and everyone. Everyone were stunned, Ganguly, the Indian Skipper came and asked "Everyone show their bats and wave to the crowd when they score half-century or century, why are you doing so at 30?" Kumble replied. "Only the Engineers n engg. students know the value of 30.!"
For those who understood it, well and good!! for others remain a tubelight, and you are not a real engineer!
